Hey guys! So after NYC fashion week, I've been seeing a whole lot of black & white (not that its ever gone out of style). This year black & white has gone super chic and has caught the eyes of many trend setters.

I was gifted this beautiful, simple & casual black and white blouse from TOBI. similar HEREHEREHERE

It was a rainy/windy day but we did the best we could to get some outfit pics!

Love this outfit for any occasion. Either dress it up or down for work days or a night out. The best thing yet tho is its neutral pallet allows you to accessorize it any way! I paired my blouse with
AMERICAN APPAREL leggings, COTTON ON necklace; SIMILAR HERE, MK Michael Kors BOOTS AND CHANEL quilt bag SIMILAR

Hope you guys have a good weekend:)

Love affair with fashion!

VALENTINE'S DAY

Some of you may dread Valentine's day, and some of you like me love it! It's not about having a special someone or getting gifts. Sharing a hug, smile, and an I love you goes such a long way. Here are a few four different casual to dressy outfit ideas, enjoy guys:)

I bought this dress last year on sale at URBAN OUTFITTERS for $10 !! Yeah, I could not resist. I've gotten a lot of use out of it, in fact this was also my Christmas outfit:) Skater flare skirts are definitely in, and a cute way to show your flirty side this Valentine's Day
I found a few similar affordable deals : HERE , HERE , HERE !

My heels are by ZARA & bag is faux CHANEL; similar : quilt bag #1 , quilt bag #2 calvin klein , rachel roy , jessica simpson , steve madden

Accessories: chain necklace, & bracelets - forever 21.

This chiffon flirty number was a birthday dress I bought at H&M for about $24 if I remember correctly. I wore this out to a dinner cruise my boyfriend surprised me with, and this dress was perfect! I love that I was able to wear it for a night event in the summer, and this beautiful teal color is still in for the winter.  I paired it with the same ZARA heels and a gold glitter/sparkle clutch I also bought at FOREVER 21 while we stayed in NYC. An envelope clutch is the perfect touch to any outfit; big enough for me to lug around all my essentials (yes, I'm hoarder when it comes to stuffing my purse!) and small enough to compliment the perfect outfit!

The one awesome thing about H&M is that they tend to keep styles around all year and just change the color according to season trends.

They definitely have the EXACT same ones in stores, but in oxblood/burgundy. THIS one is basically the same just with a black bib trim ontop.

Similar clutch from DSW.

From dressy to a tad more casual. This look is a bit easier, since Valentine's Day is on a weekday; this could be a day look turned night time by switching out shoes and accessories. My leggings are from AMERICAN APPAREL HERE . Normally I would never spend that much on leggings, but I live in leggings, and these will last me forever!
Im not a big color person, but if I am going to be simple, I love a pop of color. My red gold spiked booties are from ZARA HERE
You can change it up like I did, either pairing it with a golden envelope clutch or a quilted cross body bag.

I got boots on sale but I also love THESE.

Last but not least, this is probably my favorite look out of all four. A mix between dressy and casual, you can change this up by adding a pair of tights underneath and or some black suede booties. Similar to my other outfits, I bought this look awhile ago and actually have never worn it out yet. Since last year I've been dying to find a faux leather skater skirt, (I had the chance to get one last year didn't get it) so when I found this at H&M this past fall, I knew I had to get it! The mint heart breaker tank is from FOREVER 21 I found a cute one from Victoria Secret

Pair this with a faux leather skater skirt similar to THIS one from FOREVER 21

Personally, I'm eyeing THIS metallic beauty from forever21 as well!

Hope you guys have a great Valentine's day with your loved ones!

Pretty Peplum

Hi guys! To me there is nothing prettier than a pop of white to a winter wardrobe. Not only is it super basic and easy to pair colors with, but it also is such a neutral color that is flattering to everyone. This past weekend was a special birthday dinner & instead of going crazy on deciding what to wear, I knew a basic peplum would be perfect! Here were my ideas and final decision, enjoy!

Originally I wanted to wear either a faux leather peplum, but just didn't feel right after trying it on. Incase you are looking for that look :

Leather is definitely in, but these haute pieces are hard to find. H&M and ZARA both had these styles during the fall season. Personally I couldn't find them but I found a perfect match @ EXPRESS !

HERES my look:

I bought this white peplum for about $14 @ forever21 similar HERE , HERE , & HERE

FIRST, I initially wanted to pair this with a my new ZARA necklace, that I got on clearance for $9.99
(I know right?!?!)

how can you not just fall in love?

Anyways, as you can see I got a little carried away with all these outfit ideas! Until my best friend got me to come to my senses! I thought hey, its a night out so maybe I should darken it up a bit. I decided to go with forest green faux leather pants from COTTON ON (my friend got a steal on them..only $8 !!)

Similar HERE

Instead of a statement necklace, I paired it with THIS sleek spiked belt from ASOS & my absolutely favorite ZARA basic heels.

Similar & more affordable belt HERE from forever21.

These are last season, but I also LOVE THESE open toed heels with a pop of color!

Final product, a little blurry sorry!

Have a good rest of the week guys:)
